All merchandise and custom orders provided by Zeal Kitty are specifically connected by terms and conditions to manage expectations and outcomes, and protect both you “The Client” and “Zeal Kitty”. By using this Website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Zeal Kitty Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Website.

Please understand that at any time, Zeal Kitty has the right to change and/or edit our Terms & Conditions and pricing without notice, but any orders started on before the adjusted price change or Terms & Conditions will continue to remain as is.

We have the right to decline any custom order at any moment for any reason.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

 

 

All invoices will be sent once client and Zeal Kitty both agree on specific pricing for project. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or invoice will be cancelled until client is ready to continue service. All projects require the full payment in order to begin design process. Order will be shipped out when all revisions have been completed and design is approved by you “The Client”. All custom orders are 100% non-refundable and cannot be returned. Payments accepted include any major credit cards or PayPal. No project shall be started on without proper payment being received from client to Zeal Kitty.

 
PROOFS & EDITS

 

 

No final custom order design files without watermarking will be delivered until final invoices are paid in full. Draft order files (revision files, unselected custom order proofs, etc.) remain the property of Zeal Kitty. Once customer order is complete, all merchandise will be mailed to client within 1-10 business days. Custom orders, once paid in full will be shipped within 2-5 weeks.

 
 COMMUNICATION

All communication with Zeal Kitty shall be done strictly via email or text if necessary. It is important to protect us “Zeal Kitty" and you “The Client” by having written communication at all times to ensure both parties are still in agreement. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from our team, if for any reason you have no response within that time frame please resend your email or contact via phone. If for any reason, client does not commute with our design team after 48 hours, a 10% interest fee is attached to their final invoice in order to complete services. After 72 hours of no communication with client, all services are deemed incomplete and service is no longer available. Payment will be lost or store credit.
