How Do I Place A Custom Order?

If you’re in need of items for your whole chapter for an event like Charter Day or Zetaversary – let Zeal Kitty help! Whether it’s Exec Board gifts, new member welcome bags or just a fun shirt for PR; Zeal Kitty knows you’re on a budget, a timeline and that you’re trying to please your whole chapter with every item you order. We’ll walk you through the ordering, provide proofs to share with your advisers and chapter, and ship your products to you quickly.

Note that all items sold on Zeal Kitty can be customized with personal info or design for extra onto the original price.

Note that all designs on Zeal Kitty can be sold as Sweatshirt, T-Shirt (short sleeve or long sleeve) *Prices will vary depending on style. If you do not see the style you want, it will be considered a custom order, just simply send us an e-mail or custom order message.

Payment and Shipping


Zeal Kitty offers $8 flat rate shipping for anywhere in the States and $15 flat rate shipping anywhere outside of the United States. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-10 business days. Custom orders and Pre-Orders will ship within 2-5 weeks depending on the order quantity. If for any reason we need to exceed the client turnaround time, the client shall be notified. Orders are normally shipped by the United States Post Service.  Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier or weather incidents.  

Expedited Shipping

  • All merchandise is made to order, we do offer expedited shipping but please be cautious when ordering for an event. 

  • Orders placed with expedited shipping will be shipped within 1-5 business day via 2-business day shipping. 

Customer must notify Seller at time of purchase if a signature is required for residential deliveries. Seller is not liable for any lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature.


Easy Returns


Zeal Kitty will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery date for store credit on full-priced items only. All returns must be returned by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless it is determined the item(s) is damaged due to our negligence. Zeal Kitty is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  1. Once you have decided to return your item(s) please send tracking information to info@zealkitty.com (click here)

  2. Once the item(s) is received please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification to indicate that all returns have been refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code and is available for immediate use.

Simply log into your account after you receive your notification and use your store credit at checkout. Your store credit will be in the amount of your purchase minus shipping cost. Merchandise prices are subject to change at any time.

Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within seven (7) business days of receiving the merchandise. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict return-only policy and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (info@zealkitty.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number within two days of the delivery date. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

The Following Items are Not Eligible for Return OR Store Credit:

  • Items that show evidence of wear

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Sale priced items
